As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I use my knowledge of nutrition to educate my clients about food and lifestyle choices that support disease prevention, management, and other general health concerns. I look at the person as a whole, considering lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress and movement. Every client is a considered to be a unique individual — this isn’t a one size fits all approach. I make recommendations based on where YOU are at, guiding you to a place where you are in control of your own health and well-being.

Step 1: Discovery Call | 15-minutes
This call gives us the opportunity to see to see if were a good fit! Finding a nutritionist who vibes with you is important, that’s why I like to chat with you for 15-minutes before we take the next step. The discovery call gives you a chance to get to know me better and ask me any burning questions!

Step 2: Initial Consult | 45-60 minutes
Let’s take it to another level! The initial consult is for me to get to know you on a deeper level. You’ll tell me your goals, current symptoms or chief complaints, health and medical history, and all about your current diet and lifestyle. All of this information is super valuable to me when creating the plan for your program, which I do outside of this time.

Step 3: Follow Up | 30-minutes

In the first follow-up session I get you set up with some new dietary and lifestyle habits. After that, these sessions are not mandatory but are strongly recommended! I like to deliver your plan to you in digestible chunks (pun intended!), allowing you to really grasp concepts and gain confidence in making them a habit. Trust me, it is much more sustainable focusing on a few things at a time! These check ins let me know how you’re doing, so I can make subtle tweaks to the plan. Not to mention the accountability aspect! I’m in your corner and here to support you through all successes and challenges.
