If you decided to move forward, we will schedule a free meal prep consult to chat so I can get some basic information from you — you’ll tell me about your goals, likes, dislikes, favourite foods, what you’d like to see on your menu and more. 

Step 2: Book your delivery slot

Deliveries happen every Monday, and come right to your door! There are 3-spots weekly so booking ahead is strongly recommended to secure your spot. Once the spot is secured, you’ll receive your personalized menu for the upcoming week. ​


Step 3: Wait for your delivery and enjoy!

Full Meal Deal
$290 per week

The Full Meal Deal offers the most bang for your buck. This package includes lunch, dinner and snacks for 4-days, checking something off your to-do list and keeping you on track for the week.

Just Lunch
$250 per week

This package is for the people who are great at cooking their own healthy dinners, but are looking for a little extra support during the day. Offering lunches and snacks for 4-days, Just Lunch keeps you nourished during a crazy week!

  • 12 Pecan Pie Energy Balls  

Feed My Family
$480 per week

Life gets busy and figuring out what to cook for your family each night can be a daunting task. The Feed My Family package keeps everyone fuelled! This package includes 3 family-style meals (feeding a family of 4-5) with leftovers for the next days lunch. We’ll even throw in a full batch of snacks!
